Kian Egan announced as special guest at Boyzone's Westonbirt gig
Former Westlife band member Kian Egan will join Boyzone as a special guest at their gig at Westonbirt Arboretum this summer.
One quarter of Westlife, the most successful boyband of the last decade, Kian was crowned King of the Jungle, winning 2013’s series of I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!.
2014 has so far seen the release of Kian’s debut solo album, Home.
The album features tracks from his personal playlist and he is currently enjoying chart success with its top 10 release in both the UK and Ireland. Kian is also filming the third series of The Voice of Ireland.
"I am really looking forward to these gigs and of course it’s going to be a lot of fun to be out on tour with the boys," Kian says of the gig near Tetbury on July 18.
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission bringing music to new audiences without commercial branding or sponsorship.
Income generated from ticket sales is spent on improving the local forests for both people and wildlife. With everything required for a great night out, including full catering and bar facilities, the gigs are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere.
