Kian Egan To Debut First Solo Single On RTÉ 2FM

There is bound to be many eager ears tuning in to Ryan Tubridy’s radio show this Monday morning as Kian Egan gears up to unveil his very first solo single on RTÉ 2FM.

Kian’s first Irish single will receive its first Irish airplay on 2FM this Monday

The former Westlife star has chosen to reveal his new sound on Tubs’ popular show and he seems to be more than happy with his first tune. Kian’s debut single is entitled ‘Home’, which is also the name of his first album. The song was nominated for a Grammy following its original release and was written by American artist Daughtry. According to Kian, he couldn’t have picked a better song to launch his solo career.

The star has said that he feels privileged to launch his solo career with the single ‘Home’

“I’ve always absolutely loved this song,” he revealed. “It means so much to me to be able to perform it, and for it to be the first track from my solo album is an incredible privilege.” ‘The Voice of Ireland’ judge will release his first album and single on Valentine’s day, but don’t forget to tune in to 2FM on Monday morning to hear Mr Egan’s debut single on the Irish airwaves for the very first time!
